- Offer commission compensation to all MLS Realtors for qualified showings/applicants at lease signing, for larger applicant pool.
- Knowledgeable on Washington Tenant/Landlord laws and implementation.
- Detailed move in reports, including four-page condition report and 100+ images for accurate move in/out charges.
- No administrative fees for property inspections, or lease renewals.
- Detailed monthly reports including all invoice copies. Year End Income and Expense statements, accountant ready.

- December of 2006 I was introduced to Real Estate, starting as a receptionist for a local agency. Since then, I have worked many facets of the business and FELL in LOVE.
